Performances
EQHO’s main performance event is Shockwave, our flagship showcase held in Term 2. It’s a high-energy, unforgettable night that brings the entire EQHO family together to perform and create lasting memories. Shockwave also welcomes other dance societies from the University to share the stage, making it a vibrant celebration of diverse dance styles and talent across campus.​​​​
In addition to Shockwave, we host smaller showcases at the end of each term, where everyone is encouraged to take part — whether by dancing or simply watching and cheering. These events are a fun, low-pressure way to celebrate the term’s progress through freestyle sessions, class choreographies, and community sharing.
Throughout the year, we also collaborate with other performing arts groups, such as Classical Modern Dance and Pizazz, offering even more chances for our members to explore performance and express themselves on stage.
